I agree with Concerned

I always loved how Bro. Russell emphasized the ecclesia and the power the ecclesia had. He didn't want a top-down control like the churches of his day had where the church administration had the power. He wanted each person to have a voice within the ecclesia (a vote) and the ecclesia to be in charge of their own affairs. Very far-sighted. Very fair. Never would he have allowed the idea that you needed to agree to follow a leader or else or that you had to give allegience to the organization, which is occuring now. The LHMM has become sectarian and very controlling.
