I'm sure we all have bad days and what you have suggested is bound to be a big help to anyone who copies your habit.
Like you I think we have to decide to have "good days" i spite of our disappointments. Truth people are going to have their share of "bad days" and we must learn how to handle them.

My family is not in the Truth, and that alone brings many bad days. I have found that we must make a decision about many things and then do our best to keep that decision the rest of our lives. Alcohol, smoking. sex, working, being honest, and many other things. After a few years we can look back and smile because we have done it.

But if we have failed in anyone item it becomes the bugaboo of our life. Handling money is mine, I have failed greatly in this.
