Bless my eyes, can it be the one and only Wrench-in-the-works? How do you do, and how'd you find us here? I recall in my distant memory we used to post on, what was it, "holyscriptures.com"?

Basically those who attack C.T. Russell do so out of ignorance. Being the greatest Bible scholar of the century, he was not apt to suggest such non-biblical nonsense such as "the end of time", or as some allege, "the end of the world", nor even the "rapture of the church", etc. etc. at 1914 nor at any other date.

He did use the biblical terminology "the time of the end" - not the end of the world, but the closing of the dispensation or age or epoch - which would of course overlap into the next age, the Millennium.
