This is done primarily to ensure that only serious and responsible messages are posted and to limit any potential abuse, disrespect, or vulgarities from interfering with the free expression of ideas and opinions.
There are variouse levels of access restrictions which apply only to the discussion forums, the classified, and Libyan Social Chat Room, while the General Chat Room is available to you to carry out live chats without any restrictions.
You are welcome to post in the forums and the chat rooms annonymously without any registration, If you opt to register for a user account with Network54.com however, you will also gain access to additional privileges such as the ability to rate the quality of messages in the forum among other features.
