TERMINATION / ELIMINATION of Economy Surface Shipping Services

Hello All
It is with my deepest apologies that I will NO LONGER be able to offer SURFACE POSTING ANYWHERE outside of the US.
This has come directly from the US Postal Service as they have JUST recently (As of May 15th) changed/increased their rates AND at the same time DISCONTINUED others as well.
So until further notice, I will be UN-ABLE to ship/post ANYTHING to Oz, NZ, UK, Ireland, or anywhere else OUTSIDE the US for that matter using Surface/Economy Service. Air Mail WILL still be available but its usually doubled of the old Surface Post price
Again my apologies for this inconvenience.
*NOTE / FYI*
Those of you who have bought from me recently and have PAID IN FULL for your parts AND shipping Services I WILL HONOR our previous agreed price and I WILL ship then Air as that will be the ONLY service available to me NOW. This WILL be a HUGE HIT but previous agreements MUST be honored.
If your bits have been shipped already hopefully your shipments will NOT be affected by this change if there are any changes I will keep all of you updated..
If ANY of you have ANY questions PLEASE don't hesitate to ask or PM or e-ail me directly.

oscar this is james cooper. i payed you in full through paypal back in april $165. i have not received a thing. i have tried to contact you many times but you wont reply. i am now posting this on the owners club to get your attention plus let all other members know about you not sending the items or responding to my emails. thank you james cooper
thanks david i will email both of the addresses you gave me and see if i get any luck. i even tried to contact him through a paypal dispute for non receipt of goods, i didnt get any reply????
Hi James I've been trying to get in touch with Oscar for a few weeks and eventually he actually called me to let me know that we where still on, he seem to be ok but you never know, this is the first time i'm buying from Oscar so really can't vouch for him but i'll keep you posted.

For some reason all e-mail notifications from this site were being sent to the SPAM/JUNK folder so that HAS been fixed.
James... as for your items they had been shipped and they had been returned to me due to the issues and cancellation of services from the US Postal Service. The items were received aprox a week ago and they had to be re-packaged for re-shipping. You items are NOT the ONLY ones caught in this mess. I have close to 4 packages going into the UK, one to Ireland, one to Iceland and 3 to Australia that have to be reshipped under the new shipping guidelines.
So I DO apologize for my absence and lack of communication with all of you and I WILL have these issues worked out shortly. Trust me the last thing I want to do is rip anyone off specially any member overseas as that will ruin my reputation as well as any future dealing with any of you.
So please rest assure your items WILL be sent again and will arrive faster than originally thought and the additional cost of the new services will be covered by me as I have no other option at this time.
