hey everybody! im new to this so please bare with me. i just acquired a mitsubishi starion. and it used to start but the engine stumbles eratically, not knowing anything about the car, i went ahead and drove it down the street. with low fuel the car died and ever since then it wont start anymore. after doing a little bit of research i found out that the firing order was wrong, and after chaning it to the correct firing order it still would not start. then i tried the fuel pressure regulator and replaced it it still would not start. so any sudgestions guy?

When I have this problem I first pull the injector housing and sit it so I can see fuel spray out of the injectors. Then I crank it to see if the injectors spraying fuel. If they are you can move on to diagnosing a spark issue. If not, go backwards from there. I'm not to familiar with the 2.0L Just the 2.6 I can't offer much help on the ignition system as far as problems but the big problems for 2.6's are the grounds, Knock box, wet dizzy, fouled plugs.
