How much is too much? I am running just over 14psi but if i give it too much stick i end up headbutting the windscreen as it dumps the pressure. is there some kind of safety valve?
my 88 2.0 WB has a low mass turbo fitted by Colin Blower garage. sometimes the turbo kicks in and then it seems to kick in again. why does it do that and whats wrong if it should'nt be behaving that way! only does it if i floor it at low revs, turbo kicks in at just under 3000 revs and then i get the same sensation as if the turbo kicks in again at about 4000 revs. if i accelerate hard but steadily its fine.
