Hi guys, am just wondering how i would go about finding out if my car was used a press demonstrator car. A few things have led me to think that it may have been used by the press,
1)The car was initially registered to MMC UK
2)The car had a hybrid ecu that plugged into the main ecu if the car. It is a genuine part with a MMC part number on it. However when i phoned mitsubishi they said that no part number had existed for the starion. The device seems to encourage the car to have a higher boost than normal/other 2.0l starions. It looks like it was put on by MMC to boost the acceleration of the car, either that or it is off a rally/race prepared starion?
