Hi guys im lookin for some help.. the manifold has cracked anyone any ideas... can it be welded??? is there any point in getting a second hand one?? any tips???

Yes it can be welded but it has to be by a specialist as it is cast. Personally i don't like the idea of welding it, but people have had it done with no problems. Replacement is expensive if not impossible if you want new and good second hand ones do show up. Ask around on here and you may be suprised what people have laying around!!

I've seen them welded - it's a bit hit and miss - some last a long time and some crack again pretty quickly. Give it a shot and see how you get on!
