Blow off vave..

hi. bought a blow off valve for a 2lturbo starion and am unsure where to fit it. i have heard that the best place to put it is on the pipe leading into the intercooler??if anybody knows for sure could they post here...thanks

i am also looking to find out how to find out how to fit onemine is a recirculatng one.even if any one had a pc of there engine bay would do that we can see it

Here's some shots of my old 2.0ltr engine with the BOV fitted. Mine vented to atmosphere, a recirculating one needs to be vented back into the air filter.

Kevin, thats a GFB BOV. As long as you get a piston type one any will be fine. It really comes down to how loud/what sort of sound you want.

I later fitted an HKS SSQV which IMO sounds great and due to the way in which it works should never leak no matter what boost is being produced.
