I have an old pirahna alarm fitted in '88, same age as my 2.0 EX, and the master key along with the fob which just has one button.
Problem is pirahna are no longer trading and i have no instruction manual:(
After switching on the alarm with the alarm master key after it had been deactivated for a while, the car turns over but won't start. Where as before i activated the alarm the car started and ran fine.
When pressing the Fob button it chirps and flashes the hazards, and the next time you press it hazards flash but no chirp. And just repeats this cycle. Help please?!
Have tried deacticating the Alarm with the key but still wont start, also took the battery off and left it off for 48hours.
