Here are the emails for the people to vote on this bill soon. I encourage you to write them. Let them know that a responsible owner and an irresponsible owner could be given an animal, keep it tethered, and at the end of the study the one who gave the dog the socialization, attention, care and love would have an animal that would be able to be safely in society without problems....and tried to explain to them the method of containment isn't as important as the time and attention given to the dog while being contained.
So please write and give your opinion as to why they shouldn't vote for the anti-tethering law!
