I think his name is Gerald McRainey. Anyway, he did a fantastic job of MC. The President's Own is a Marine Band. They are however, individuals, with degrees in music THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN TO BOOT CAMP. They have been recruited for The Marine Band because of their expertise in their chosen field, music. These are the ONLY Marines that do not go through boot.
