Response to The Real Problem?

I admit it was a fine line between going too far and subjecting recruits to something they may have to face. But, Marine Corps Drill Instructors are better at pushing the envelope than any other trainers in the world. I even feel Mathew McKeon was given a raw deal because too much media attention was given to the Ribbon Creek incident. What he did was done before him and was done after him. I know you seem to feel that the Corps goes too far in creating warriors that win battles. But, I agree with General Patton that said "No SOB ever won a war by dying for his country. You win wars by making the other SOB die for his!" Now, you can come back by posting another negative comment about what you saw Marines do!
