He called this morning to report that he completed basic jump school (requires 5 jumps) and hung up when graduation formation was called. He is enjoying his job at SOCOM; said it's almost like a regular job because it's all branches of the service and a lot less BS than regular Marine Corps jobs. If all goes well, he can stay there 5 or 6 years. His wife seems to enjoy the role of Marine wife because she is very supportive and enjoys watching him work with the younger Marines. Anyway, right now, life is good. Little Seamus has 4 teeth and says da da da da all the time.
