Here goes...
1) Momz has left the beautiful hills of Vermont for the hot and sweaty swamps of North Cakalacki (Carolina for those not in the know). I wanted the grandkids to know me and it was time for a change as Momz has some big time wanderlust in her veins. I'm in an apartment for the first time in 30 yrs and looking for a house. For now, I will keep the Vermont home til I decide where to spent my retirement. Think I might want to be there and leave for the winter but who knows?
2) SSgt Ben is reenlisting next Friday and I am invited to the ceremony. He also has accepted a lateral transfer to counter intel and that's probably the last I will hear about it. He is very happy; hopes to spend 10 yrs there and hopefully find meaningful employment after his 20 years...or more???
3) At this moment, life is good.
