Connecticut. His barracks is the one that patrols Route 7 coming through Connecticut. I've warned him that you may choose to drive to Virginia and it's possible that you may come down Route 7. He's requested your file from the Vermont State Police and was surprised that they asked him for extra postage because of it's large size!
