Any exposure is worthwhile

But surely just a few short clips of him and the use of his music was worthwhile if only to remind people just how brilliant db was. The Olympic Games closing ceremony was watched by millions, many of them kids who don't even know who David Bowie was. ( sad but true )

Everybody is in agreement that the likes of One Direction, Jessie J, Spice Girls etc are sterile crap so if a few snippets of db at his most iconic imspire even a few to go and check db out then surely it was worthwhile wasn't it?
