I sort of hate to ask this in a way, but has it been made into a film?

(knowing the way films can ruin imagination, especially that of a childs)

It has been made into a lot of things

There has been a theatre play, I think, which looked wonderful...

I vaguely recall seeing something on the beeb too, that was animated.

Hmm time to Google/Wiki:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Where_the_Wild_Things_Are

Yes, there seems to be a film in the works!

Here's some cool stuff:

The 1983 Disney test:

A claymation version :

And finally this contains a few pics from the New Spike Jonze movie !

Hi Ant, I was jesting, we're yet to decorate our new home yet. Only done my daughter's bedrooms so far.

Is that a Tiffany lampshade in you living room? Very nice pics by the way I also like the fact you have vertical pleated blinds over your patio doors, very wise considering it's south facing so gets a lot of light / heat in the summer.

LOL! Thank the lord, what a fat ass to look at

Thanks Roger, yes the Tiffany lampshades are real got three in total, they were christmas presents over the years from the other half He knows what a fussy bitch I am lol. Our place in summer is like a hot house, seriously considering having air conditioning installed, which would mean a few cutbacks on things like hols etc...but anything so as not to be humid and sticky YUK, that makes me such a bad tempered person and I'm not at all really. Got oscillating fans in everyroom and some crazy device David bought which takes frozen blocks of liquid to cool the air down.

Effee lays in front of the big fan 24/7 lol.

Cheers Ant! They are cool lampshades. Effee knows where it's cool! I overheat all the time due to running everywhere and being quite heavy built, so i agree with you on the dislike of being too hot. I avoid the tube completely - hence the running.

Oscillating is a great word I've never used it except when talking about fans!

<<I avoid the tube completely >>

Went on the tube that really hot Monday in May 08, turned the corner on the underground and the hot air was rushing past so fast it almost took my breath away, not a nice sensation.

<<Oscillating is a great word I've never used it except when talking about fans!>>

LOL!
