This is from the above dvd boot, the maker was kind enough to translate some of the interview for me.
DB -I'd like to explain what I'm doing in rock and roll: life I'm living incorporates far more technology than most people may imagine.
The problem for me lies not in the technical part but in the rhythm of change...the speed at which we change.
Our line of...knowledge, has changed just like this, in a curve, in a very fast curve. And we are somewhere. We'll know where we are only at the end of the curve. It's not easy for us to understand the rhythm of this change."
Speaker - David Bowie's dream is to transform music in images, produce sounds that can be films. For the moment it's a film director, Nicholas Roeg, that has made a film about him, on his being a martian, "The Man Who fell To earth".
DB - "I haven't the least idea on what I'll be next year...a wild fool, a hippy, a dictator or a priest...who knows!"
My fav part is, where they have dubbed a track from side 2 of "Heroes" to TMWFTE, it works very well.
