Well, there's Kevin Armstrong (Bowie at Live Aid, Absolute Beginners, Tin Machine, Iggy Pop) and Kevin from the movie 'Time Bandits'. Also, I think the prime minister of Australia is called Kevin.

How did I get from Peter Cook to Bowie in a couple of jumps. Nothing to do the DB's fondness for Pete and Dud by the way.

Being a bit of a conspiracy theorist when it comes to Bowie's lyrics, I can't help but think there's a hidden message in my answer above, if you read each sentence vertically... hmm!

Google-Boy? I'm a Gail fan and knew that by heart. Ugh, how you just ripped it in two.

Sorry I'm late to the party and you lost your points.

As for Peter Cook, Bowie and Eno would imitate Mr. Cook and Dudley Moore as "Derek and Clive" respectively while making "Heroes." There, that's one jump. Does that help you?

Sorry, just saw the no "Pete and Dud" rule above, which is bullshit by the way. That should count. Tell the rulemakers to go get cuffed.

nonsense

July 7 2009, 4:43 PM

the questions didn't ask you to get there in 'one' move - that would be too easy
the rule makers refuse to get cuffed

July 7 2009, 5:19 PM

Well that works I 'spose. Yer bugger.
Here's what I was thinking ..
One for UK fans really

Cook presented a rock music show called So it Goes
Nick Lowe had a song called So it Goes ...
and also released an EP called Bowi in retaliation to Bowie's Low.

Whilst we're at it, I should get an extra point for Pete Townshend, since he wrote Tommy!

And Tony Wilson presented the show 'So It Goes', not Peter Cook.
