I'm surprised Bowienet haven't mentioned this release. It's as good as any news they give us. It has a few Bowie related covers on it..
Rhythms Del Mundo with the Editors doing Walk on the Wild Side

The Keane cover of Under Pressure sounds identical to the one they contributed to the Established 1967 Radio 1 cover versions album. Note the Vanilla Ice version of the bassline! Sounds like Rhythms Del Mundo re-arranged it with their own instruments.
Love the Editors cover of Walk On The Wild Side. Never thought Lou Reed was a brilliant vocalist anyway (sorry, Bettina) Hotel California sounds pretty decent too.

I think they get the masters and just add their own music. Quite an interesting approach using cuban music.
I'm loving it. Yeah, it does seem that they've been given covers that they've just added their own music to (brilliantly), but their own cover of Purple Haze is excellent too.
I love those rhythms. Makes me wish I'd learned "latin" dancing at some time, 'cos it just makes me want to move.

Pretty good indeed. Many of the tracks on that one are sung in Spanish. There are some highlights, in particular Franz's The Dark Of The Matinee (in Spanish), Arctic Monkeys' Dancing Shoes, Jack Johnson's Better Together, Quincy Jones' Ai No Corrida and my favourite track, Kaiser Chiefs' Modern Way.

Funny enough the version of the first album has a different playlist from my own one. It's missing a spanish version of Killing Me Softly..which is one of my favourites.
