Ol' Maz is cute and talented, but accourse, he can never be Bowie. He does kind of sound almost like him as far as speaking voice -- ALMOST but not quite -- and those strands Martin is sporting are kind of Ziggyesque, as his attire and makeup -- ah, but Mr. Bowie has a certain enchantment about him, a special glow.

Another linkage Mr. Degville has to Bowie is that The Gentleman does do a cover of a Sputnik tune.

And I do not know about Martin as Jareth. I just can't picture him or anyone except Bowie in that role
