Now we all know that David is 103 years old; or so he must believe as he has become a hermit (sadly not one of Herman's).

If he were ever to tour again, what would you like to hear:

a. Same old thing in brand new drag (1990s S&V)
b. Ciggy Tardust (let the old man stretch that lycra)
c. Something new (without enhancing agents)
d. Something new (with enhancing agents)
e. Or something else.


I would like him to re-visit the Diamond Dogs/Philly Dogs Tour. Not because it's my favourite era (it isn't) but I thingkhis voice is now more akin to the drink and coke fuelled gravelly voice that he had in 1974 and onwards for a few years.

Re. Herman's Hermits: They were so youthful and chipper it'd be suicidally depressing to see them as they are now, with nose bristles and hangy earlobes sticking out of their moptop hairstyles. It's a major down just to think of it.

Anywhere in the world would do. Academic, though. We all know that's unlikely. Unfortunately, you need a voice to do such a thing and I'm not sure DB still has his.

I would like to see him unveil a new Country & Western persona. He would turn up to interviews in a stetson hat, ankle high crocodile skin boots and chewing on a toothpick. He would puntuate every other sentence with "ya'all"

His set list would include:

Scary Monsters (Country Version)
Bus Stop (Country Version)

he would also periodically begin the first few lines of "Amsterdam" in a similar style before forgetting the words and giving up.
