The House of the rising of the sun to increase and has been able song of the track of the Bowie to act in such a way well. pleasant in order to feel it that these that they equally sing face for the fans in the majority. The Pin Ups more increases to era for me good periods and music than for I think also always recognizing for the song of the Bowie and more hopes music of many years for we fans than Bowie.

If Bowie were to take this song on, it would certainly increase the songs notoriety. Most fans would enjoy this project. Most fans would find it pleasureble. The Pin-Ups album stood out as a Bowie era. We would have another era of bowie if he were to record "House of the rising sun". I hope he does something soon. I hope we can have many more years of Bowie music.

Eh...Bowie had plans to cover it, but when The Animals released their version the momentum was lost.

I've always found Martha Wainwright's version of Heroes to be strangely addictive. She is clearly unfamilier with the song which somehow adds to it.

House of The Rising Sun is one of those songs that should be left alone. The Animals version is a part of history - more than just a song. That sound helped define an era.

I felt the same way about Like a Rolling Stone - best left alone.
