After been cut from the internet by my ISP, due to been unable to pay the bill, i'm back.
I was thinking of going back to ADSL2 or VDSL2, nah i like dedicated cable, my ISP can now deliver 24 M/bites down and 2.2 up, and will deliver 100 M/bites down within 12 months.
Depending where you read, and not taking into account the special connections you read about in Japan etc, i think that makes some parts of N.Z. up there with South Korea and Japan.
Some readings say Japan get's more than South Korea, but from what i have read...

OK enough said i guess we are about 15th world rank in upload, but i am so glad to have between 2-3 M/bites upload speed you still don't get f... all upload with ADSL2, and all this through an under sea Trans Tasman cable going to Australia.
