Hey thanks so much for posting that download link. Very cool! One of my favs off YA. Like many of Bowie's discs it goes through my rotation of favorite disc of the moment. Wonderfully funky with the hint of the Thin White Duke lurking in the background, getting ready to be born. The Philly sound was oozing from his pores. THrilling and gloriously coked out!

I know how you feel about the lack of gratitude. I've put up lots of tracks over recent months and got the same sort of response. E.G. 50-100 downloads of each upload, buy only 1 or 2 people say 'thanks'. Not that I'm complaining as it didn't really bother me, but I understand why you might question why you bothered.

Sorry about that. I downloaded and didn't thank. But it was nice to listen to while working.

Bowie news is hardly the sort of thing you need to check messageboards about every hour about these days!
I missed this download as well and would have liked to have heard it.
But seriously did you really delete it because not enough people posted 'thank you'?
That never really happens in reality does it? You always get a fraction of feedback from the download figure. 1 or 2 % if you're lucky.
You really shouldn't take that as some sort of personal snub. If you've shared a gem then that's reward in itself surely. People do appreciate it - they just don't take the time to say so!
I'll try and walk past your pram later and throw your rattle back in. (joke!)
Good on you for sharing but please keep these things in perspective!
