Where you can buy those new type of Super Jewel Box DVD cases from? ( the same type of case that the Reality DVD was made available in after the initial issue )
I have just received a DVD from an Amazon 3rd party seller and the case is cracked.

P.s. it was delivered by a private postal carrier! LOL!
