Well, it was in November 2002 when the album and the dvdvd were released - what is your 'best of Bowie'?

Is it a song, a gig, a meeting, a fleeting moment from a time now gone, frozen and forever linked to db? Or is it something as... err, simple as watching Labyrinth for the first time? Do tell?

Was such a pleasure at Hammersmith. Not quite in my top list tho'...

One of my 'best' has to be the moment db walked on stage to join Iggy at the Rainbow, '77... I've rarely felt, or witnessed, such emotion at a gig.

Last time I saw him, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, 23 February 2004. We were standing in the third row, dead centre. He was right up the front most of the time, three metres in front of us, wearing a zoot suit.



Breathtaking! To be that close to the master performer while he was giving a masterclass in megastardom. Magic!
