I thought NYC 1984, but now I'm not sure. Bowie's wearing the same scarf in both pics. The first pic features Carlos, Ron Wood and Carmine Rojas and the hair looks 1984, so is it a recording studio?

Anthony Ribby Ribustello "All i remember is that was the first time i hear Bowie play sax .and he is great at it. He was trying to get with this chic BJ so he hung out..He told me he though Woody and Keith were mad at him for hanging with Mick when Mick was on the outs with them for being a dick.So i called woody and set up the Jam..It all came together in about 1/2 hour it was amazing ."
