it's my favorite bowie song too but i have never liked a live version, the intro seems impossible to sing for bowie and imo nothing beats the buddhaversions

all songs played have to be best ever session on the jools show. still i'd rather hear him play boogie woogie piano for 10 hours. these live versions were on a boot called tv is king. great version of spaceboy. incidentally, there is an earlier interview with jools on youtube...i think circa 1987. bowie chats about how he's offended that newspapers have claimed his teeth are falling out and give a great view of the fangs before playing a word game with jools...compulsive viewing
