After the momentous Jean Genie footage being shown, what next in the wish-list to find and show?
I suppose any footage from Lift Off With Ayshea would come pretty near the top (if it still exists). Was it really Ziggy's first ever appearance on TV?

OGWT was, really. It's a good time to reassess what we have - DIS on Russell Harty is amazing, but seems to get forgotten about. For my money, it has to be London Bye Tata on that Grampian show.

How about some of that promotional advertising work from the "Young Americans" period, there has to be more to this short clip.

That YA clip always makes me smile ,a lot of the people around Manchester that used to dress in Bowie gear would have laughed if you'd have suggested they wore a standard white shirt with clip on braces and white jeans ,Bowie wouldnt wear that they'd think nah happy.gif ?

must have the news clip where Angie and Lulu appear outside Hammersmith Odeon (for the final Ziggy gig) in better quality...a rough version was on youtube a couple of years back, I think there may have been a Bowie appearance or two in that, regardless to me it was an interesting clip and shame it wasn't located before and added on to the Ziggy the movie DVD.

The next EMI Expanded Editions:
* What are your hopes for these releases?
* Let's have The Man Who Sold The World with the complete Paris Cinema Studios, Feb 5, 1970 radio concert, and the complete April 1970 radio session. Hunky Dory - add the complete Paris Cinema Studios concert, June 1971 in stereo, from the BBC Stereo Transcription LP if the master is lost!
* Any future live 1974 release MUST include a recording of Drive In Saturday from the early part of the tour, it's classic!
The next DVD release?
* Cracked Actor / Omnibus documentary must be released on DVD!

Phoneix 1995 with the Nine Inch Nails!!! I'm betting the guy who up loaded the clips has the entire show but doesn't want to get into trouble so he didn't post it. The videos did attract a lot of attention from both Bowie and NIN fans.

This info i got from a NIN forum.

"Remember those amazing NIN/Bowie videos we posted a while back? I got in touch with David Williams, who originally uploaded those videos, and he wrote back today, shedding some light on the origin of those clips.

This shoot was when Virgin Records was going under and did not have the money to finish. The footage is lost forever. I was the editor of record for this project. This concert was probably never paid for to the production company due to the snafu with the label.

Then, much to my delight, he mentioned that he's uploaded more footage from the same shot. "This footage is not the best quality since it was never finished and was in the old days before HD." Upon visiting his Vimeo page, I found that he had uploaded a 39 minute clip that includes Reptile, Scary Monsters, Subterraneans -- well, see for yourself:"

Kenneth Pitt - or perhaps someone like Calvin Mark Lee, would have kept some sort of recording of those performances, of London Bye Ta Ta and Holy Holy.

NB just found this article nice pics -

the Glastonbury 1971 recording (audio only, I think, but it is a soundboard too) exists...wish we could have that.
