Just spoke to a friend who is on Twitter. She follows Julian Stockton of Outside and she saw a Twitter conversation he had with an editor from Mojo and apparently there is going to be a feature on Bowie in next months issue (February 2012). The feature will cover the Low, Heroes, Berlin period. Don't know how big or small the feature will be or if Bowie will be on the cover. Should be out very soon, the current issue (January 2012) features the Rolling Stones on the cover.

Although it's the February 2012 issue, because magazines work a month in advance it should be out in early January to coincide with Bowie's 65th birthday. So hopefully it will be a big feature with a cover.
You can view Julian Stockton's tweets and if you scroll back to about seven days ago you can see the conversation. The Mojo editor is someone called Andrew Male and during the conversation he also mentions a big feature on the Iggy's Idiot album. So it looks like it will be a big cover feature thing about Bowie and Iggy in Berlin. Something to look forward to and the magazine isn't that expensive, about £5 or so, but I'm not sure how much for people outside the UK.
