i've heard the lulu version millions of times recently. all the horrid dens that i go into play uk gold and they have it on their playlist. it's actually cool, turning edgy into poppy.
bowie's original is better than nirvana's btw.
which brings us around to the myriad versions of the outside-era one. i remember a guy who casually asked me did i have bowie's new version. i rather obsessively made him a cd of the studio version with about three different live versions of the same song (i was so broke one day i sold his cd of the best of beeb sessions discs and then had to buy back a new one for him at full price on the plus side i had his gf)
a loose affilation of millionaires and billionaires, and baby
