Is anyone else having any problems sending emails from bww? (non db)

Hi guys!
I've been having problems trying to send a second email today; the first one was sent straight away with no problems. I am finding that my account has been suspended and there is no reason and I have subsequently requested another password to see if that would work but I still can't log in at all!
Any ideas would be most appreciated on how to fix this!
