The fact that Hockey Canada even lets Notre Dame participate in these playoffs is a joke. Only have 3 Saskatchewan players on their active roster. How can you call that Saskatchewan? |

Your AAA Midget league plays by different rules than everyone one in the Country. You should be winning, a player gets to play for which ever team they want. Now ND plays by different rules because they can recruit from anywhere in the world. Trust me when ND gets good at recruiting none of the SK midget teams will be able to compete with them, and it looks like thats whats starting to happen.
Be curious to see the difference in what Humbolts spends on there players on a monthly basis above and under the table compared to Portage.
You see SK when you play by the rules like in bantam hockey you get sh*t kicked, so then to make things better in Midget you don't play by the rules that everyone else in the country has to. |

ND is a residential school....different rules, we don;t make 'em, just play by them. Anyway, it is the first time ND has won in 23 yrs....not like they have been dominating nationally year in and year out.
Do you want to start comparing the money SJ kids get to the $$ OCN has doled out over the years? i didn't think so. |

you cant tell me humboldt spends more, the schroeders, kirzinger, brady wacker, which are there best players are playing in humboldt because they played there minor hockey there. humboldt has been lucky enough in past years to have there best players from close to humboldt and is the main reason they have had such a succesful run. |

Winkler could take a lesson from Humbolt. Go thru last few years at the Players out of Pembina Valley who did not play for the Flyers but ended up playing on other teams in and out of the Province. I bet there are at least a dozen. | |
