Kings loading upMay 28 2009 at 8:01 PM | InTheKnow from IP address 216.36.152.52 |
| Dauphin agrees to terms with 3-year WHL veteran Bryce Lamb on a contract for next season. Expect more significant signings in the next several weeks.
Please also not the Cale Jeffries plans on attending Wheat Kings camp but many expect him to be in tough cracking that hockey club and then ending up in Dauphin. |

Totally disagree. Jefferies would be a very valuable addition to the Kings. He is big, good skater, aggressive and decent hands. Good kid too as I understand it. Hopefully he will be in Kings uniform next year. |

jefferies is a great kid! Good luck to him in Guelph. The Dauphin Kings are a great organization and he would have done well there along with fellow Southwest Cougars Lamb, Shamanski and McKinnon. |

you had more points? I guess you have never played with McKinnon, so you have no idea that he has more class than you will ever have in your whole life time. His character says more about him than your points say about you loser! |

Dauphin fans can get hyped all they want but as long as they have Murray behind the bench, they can only brag about a free entry into the RBC. Meathead will not guide them through, you heard it here first. |

They have Willows who should be pretty solid, and they have somwe kid from Quebec on their protected list. I would suggest they will trade prospects for a proven shared starter if these guys don't work out. |

For a team that is supposed to loading up, it is pretty quiet around Kings country. A few young kids signed that may or may not work out and 2 outside vets signed. Seems to me they need at least another 6/7 good vets outside of what they have to compete at that level. Hopefully some signings soon. |

First line is VG but we have to get Dregger out of there he is scard and will jump ship every time. Good second line , big strong can score and fight. Third line sucks common Marlin what about size and toughness , they will go up against Portage and servive no. Durston has to hit, and want to fight or find someone who will. Need one centre, and rwo or three wingers common Marlin lets get this done. |

for one thing buddy you need to go back to school and learn how to spell...then you need to go to a few hockey games to learn about the sport before you open your big mouth. the kings WIll have an awesome team this year and kick some ass. they will do it with speed and skill and not brawn. times have changed and if you have ever watched an rbc cup game they sure dont have alot of tough guys but the teams in the finals have small quick guys like Luke,Dreger and Lamb...mark my words these three guys will dominate in the league this year...they have good chemistry like with Macgeough last year.

You dumb **** they could dominate , but have to all go in the corners .If you had your head out of your ass you could see Dreger stands in front of net, thats it no corners. Luke and Lamb are real good but, need three on a line to dominate. Lol you prob watched all last year and still cannot see why we lost to portage in playoffs. If you don t like my spelling 1 800 eat **** |

you seem to know **** about hockey too...each player has a role on the team. some hit, some are to go in the corners and others are to stand in front of the net. it takes a team to play the game not just one player...that includes having decent defensemen, and a good goalie.it takes alot of heart and committment but someone who talks alot of trash like you and is a wanna be doesn't have a clue. if you know so much about the game why aren't you playing instead of running off at the mouth...guess you suck and the only thing you can do is trash good players.grow up

Wow you really are stupid, job is to stand in front of net. No ask coach, line mates, ask any of the top players all go in corners when its there corner or line mate needs help. Owe you prob say dregs does not have a corner, it is dumb people like you that think thats my only job. Some info all players have to share job of off , def , hitting, fighting, backchecking and if they do youhave a chance like Terriers. If kings play like you say , owe thats my job, and that is yours , they will go down in flames. I would say they better hit alot more as a team to slow down opp what you say to that ass wipe , this should be good. Owe we don t play that game lol. If your not willing to do all aspects of game there is tennis and golf so you only have your own job. This is a team game share all jobs or get out pussy. |

the reason for the forward line ups is bc of this... Each line has 2 skillful players on the front end with a big forward to work with in the corners... the d pairing are lined up perfect like that with speed and size and willows has outperformed calguri by a mile... cleary the starter, but im not marlin murray.. |

why should dreger go into the corners anyway?? goals ain't scored from the corners u bunyuk!! why can't u support local's instead of dis them all the time. be glad we have a real leader that's from here. we don't have dreger on the 1st line to fight and crash. he's a 150lbs of speed and agility. he's gunna represent dauphin at the rbc this yr and with lam and luke the 3 will carry that team through the playoffs too. go kings go!!! | |
