Mitch Olson`s younger brother was dropped by Swan and hasn`t been picked up by anybody else yet from what i was told. He`s a 1992 birthdate with another year of midget left and he had decent stats last season in AAA. |

Riley jeffries from Glenboro is a D-Man that was with Swan and dropped last year. He put the Yellowhead Chiefs out of the playoffs with his shut down partner Hall from Killarney |

the unprotected ones you ask?
12 teams x 50 protected players = 600 protected.
what 300 minor hockey associations in rural manitoba x 16 players on each team = 4800 players
32 high school teams in rural with say 16 players on each team = 512 players
what 32 some high school teams in the city - so another 512 players
12 - AAA teams with 20 players = 240
and then add all the city midget A AA , plus all Bantam players in province and city
i am sorry i do not know all the names of the unprotected players
LOL

During the 2007-2008 season there were approximately 2270 hockey players born in 1992 alone, so there would be thousands of players eligible to be on protected lists that aren't. |

as long as they wear athletic protectors, certified helmets and mouth guards, shoulder pads ... .
If they are not protected as in listed and they know how to play the game well, contact SJHL coaches, AJHL, and/or BCHL ASAP. | |
