Does the league have a list of protected ( drafted, listed and returners) players by team? If not can those of you who know help out?

Of course they do, but John Q. Public does not have access, only the teams have access to each others list so they don't accidentally invite protected players to their camps etc.

for yourself or your son, you can contact the Commissioner whose e-mail is availabel on the MJHL site. General infromation is restricted to team authorities. Also if you think a specific team might have listed the player you should contact the team representatives whose e-mails and telephone numbers are also available on MJHL and team sites.

Usually when they list a player they let him know. What they don't always do is let the kid know when they drop him off their list, which is crap in my opinion.
