One of the stupidest posts ever. The game we love and are talking about on this message board is made better by people like Donnie Mac. They are the unsung heroes of the tradition of Canadian hockey.

Does anyone else notice he coaches teams with owners or communities that have money. Blues owners must have deep pockets because they have ZERO fan base. They wil help him buy a team and do the Donnie Mac "shaddy trades" ala St. James Canadians.....

Niether did Portage when Don took over...but they do now, Don is an awesome coach and even better GM, I don't care how many MJ towns he goes through he would always be welcome back to mine! Good luck on turning the Blues around! Won't take Don more then 1 season.

He left Portage with a huge debt. they had to borrow money from the city. He put them in a large hole.

Seriously if you are going to make a change

June 18 2009, 5:45 PM

make a change. Nothing will change with Cockell still there. You can add as many positives as you want to but if the biggest negative still remains you got squat. The guy is a PR nightmare and Blues are still suspect.
