If you go to the MJHL site there is a row of terms starting with home. At the far end is a term as below, parents and players. If you click on it the second flag down is titled scholarships. Click on it and you will see what the site has recorded so far. It is not up to date as a number of scholarships have not been recorded. For info on individual teams check theteam sites.
PARENTS & PLAYERS
Scholarship Fund
Scholarships
If you are looking for scholarships and have written your SAT and are registered with the NCAA Eligibility center go to USCHO site. Across the top they have Men's Div 1 and Div 3 flags. If you click on them you will find a list of teams in the various leagues. Also ACHA has teams in 3 leagues Div 1,2 and 3.
A number of American coleges are for next year. Maybe a few for this year. With the Canadian dollar down from a few year's back they are starved for Canadian talent.
I can answer a few questions or somebody else might be able to kick in some info. |

3 years ago 26 scholarships last year 14 and this year 9. The MJHL is getting better? It does not show in terms of the number of scholarships. Next year 5? |

Not too sure about that! At the end of the day in his three years at the UofM, Don pretty much had .500 hockey teams (just like Sirant). UofM has been recruiting very good WHL players for over a decade! The problem is so has every other CanWest team. Bringing in top end talent is one thing, but knowing how to use them effectively is a whole other ball game:) |

I think I'll wait for an official accouncement about the above-mentioned schollys (Paine, Pleskatch, and Armour). I mean, last I heard Armour was still working on finishing high school.... |
