sorry; just found the answer to my own question..

______________________________________________________________________

Waywayseecappo Wolverines have traded the MJHL list rights of 16 year old forward, Russell Trudeau to the Swan Valley Stampeders for the MJHL list rights of 16 year old forward, Cole McCaig.

In a second trade, Swan Valley traded the MJHL List rights of 16 year old forward Russell Trudeau and future considerations to the Steinbach Pistons for the HC playing rights of 19 year old defenseman, Brent Wilson and the MJHL list rights of 16 year old forward Kole Harvey.

And lastly, Steinbach Pistons have acquired the HC playing rights of 19 year old forward Greg Young from the Soo Eagles of the NOJHL.

only way this is a good trade for Swan is if Wilson has cleaned up his off ice activities and stays out of trouble.

Just thought I would inform you that off ice activities do not make up the points that a player racks up. Just watch the game and quit trying to be a busybody.

You've got to be stupid to think that off-ice activities don't affect a player.

.245...the only ones that are going to have their hands full is Swan in trying to keep these players under control.

In terms of Wilson, look at his track record...problems in Portage, Beausejour and OCN.

Pull your head out of your ass; or better yet, just keep it there. Do everyone a favour.

Maybe it is the teams with the problems. After all, who fired their coach of the year?? And whose management could not account for monies?? Whoops, just disappeared into thin air!!

Yikes...yes I'm sure it's the three teams fault. Wilson has a problem, if he can deal with that the sky is limit for him in hockey. He is very talented but that talent is wasted off ice. Really too bad.

problem with Brandon AAA, sent him packing. Norman AAA had problems, Portage sends him packing. Beasejour, OCN, Steinbach .. swan will turn a blind eye to him just like stevens. norman did they exact same thing with these two players. Desperation calls for blindness

With the right coach to keep wilson in check he can play. Korman kept him in place and he led the AAA league in points as a defense on a team that was under.500 all year. Keep the kid in line and he will do great things there also is alot difference in the communitys ie swan and ocn swan will be a great home for the kid. Good luck Brent and swan won the deal in this trade.

Reality check

August 5 2009, 10:08 PM

Norman kept him in place? Ha ha ha
Wilson had korman wrapped around hi finger. Wilson should have been sent packing numerous times but korman did whatever he could to keep him playing. If any other player got caught doing what willy did they would be sitting at home. How many times is this kid going to screw up. Swan has already proved that they cannot or will not control players. Just look at Myles. Same thing, kid should have been sent along many times but swan has a blind eye just like korman. Nice to see some teams won't put up with crap. Portage and ocn did the right thing

I guess the coaches in swan know a good hockey player when they see one. Why are you not playing or coaching if you are the ultimate expert.

Myles LED SWAN IN POINTS REGARDLESS OF MEATHEADS LIKE YOURSELF STALKING HIM.
