Brandon, Manitoba -- The Western Hockey League's Brandon Wheat Kings have assigned 18-year old defenseman Stephane Robidoux to the Waywayseecappo Wolverines of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League.
A 6' 180 lb. Haywood, Manitoba product, the former Pembina Valley Hawk blueliner appeared in two games this season, after playing in 35 games during the 2009-10 campaign.

Thanks. Too bad for him. Great kid. Wheat Kings screwed another one around by keeping him for a year and a bit and not playing him. What a waste. |

The Wheatkings screw around another kid eh? well, how about the Wheatkings gave another MB kid an opportnity and he failed to improve at the pace that is needed to compete at the WHL level? That would be a more accurate statement! |

Kept him around too long and the development eventually goes backwards. Everyone could see this coming. Do it sooner before kids regress. |

So, it is the WK's fault that the kid went backwards? Getting to practice everyday against some top notch forwards, played some games, just not good enough to play everyday in the WHL... Simple as that. Nobody's fault but his own... didn't come back any stronger, just an average player. | |
