I mean, it only makes sense, right? The company used to manufacture .22 cal replica machine guns. Dennis Tippmann Sr. is a gunsmith.
They could use a bit more propane per shot and use blowback method to push the bolt back.

I'd be more worried about heat coming from the gun than anything else.
