Don't feel bad airing dirty laundry. It's the only way to deal with some people on the web. Web retailers need to face their responsibilities. I can only hope he cares about his rep and will get it right for you. Sometimes there are just certain orders that go bad in the midst of hundreds with every on-line business. Almost like it's predestined for their to be grief no matter what the effort is on both sides. Maybe this will help.
I bought from him once without any trouble or downside.
