If he was taking in new work then he would have a reason to care about complaints because the complaining might scare away new customers. BUT he isn't taking in new work. His web site is basicly shut down and everybody in the paintball world knows he is having trouble. Even if he made everybody happy this instant his business would still be toast because of past complaints. So what is complaining going to get you?
Think about it. His business is toast and he has no money. He could easily declare bankruptcy and all his customers would get nothing. The court would probably give all the markers on hand to the landlord and other businesses he owes money to. All he would lose would be the business name and web site, which aren't worth anything anyway!
The more people complain the more likely it is that all of his customers (and yes I am one) will lose.
