point?

He's trying to honor his commitments by buying toys?

Yeah, go tell your mortgage company that you are trying to honor your commitment when you are out buying a new boat or some other toy.

Bet you wouldnt have a house...

At this point, I dont see any of us as customers at this point, we are creditors that are being forced into collections acts. heck, if you have to get paypal to strong arm the man into keeping his end of an agreement.. thats the same if you stopped paying bills and they got a repo guy to come take your stuff.

Oh, yeah, and once they sell it to re-gain the money you owe them.. then they sue you for the difference, and for the costs of collections. How about if someone there took and went after punisher in small claims court for depreciation of goods while his project was in collections?

Punisher owes money, goods and services, in large amounts. And then he tells us, I got problems. Fine, we all got them from time to time. Dont complain about them to my face, and then brag about your hot new ride to some other people... and then get mad about me being pissed for finding out.

Heck, Im pissed about Doc taking pre-orders for a new book.. when he hasnt filled the orders from the last one. I would love the new book, but its been 7 1/2 months since the last tiem I donated to his startup run. All without contact? Imagine that. Poeple being pissed for being in the dark.

Dont tell anyone not to be pissed about what is owed to them. If my company or any other company was ran like that.. well, I would be looking for a new job. Or jail time.

As for bankruptsy, at some point, he would need to pay it back in a payment shedule if it were chapter 13.. and make good ont he debt. Before that, they would sell off the shop, cars, and whatever assets. So much easier to just keep saying you have problems and cant do anything about it.
