... That Pun is an evil bastard for having a single non-paintball personal project, that he's been spending some of his own time and money on?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Me:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
No, but claiming he has no money to SHIP as he specifically said to one customer who felt bad enough to send MORE money to cover shipping. What say you?

So, what? Pun's supposed to not have ANY non-shop activities? I don't know about him, but I did the dusk-to-dawn, nothing-but-customer-work-months-on-end thing myself, and it burned me out.

Agreed. EVERYONE needs time off. BUT, to post an average 3+ times a day elsewhere, but not one post on his own site for people begging for updates?
Oh my, LOTS of unanswered posts!!! What say YOU to that? 1 1/2 months, not a post reply. Nevermind unanswered e-mails. But we'll go CRAZY posting on our HOBBY site. Yeah... OK.

You guys might get to quit work and go home at 5:00. Some of us don't have that luxury.

Neither to I

One, by your own cite, Pun's been working on that project for two and a half years. Yes, it looks like some money was involved- though I'll eat a cinderblock if it's much more than a fraction of the amount you guys are crowing about, since I see lots of used parts and eBay specials there, rather than brand-new. But still, a good chunk of change over 2-1/2 years is a monthly trickle.

Let me point back to his site where someone even said he had been waiting SEVEN ( 7 in case you need help ) YEARS!!!
What say YOU?

Yes, Pun still owes some projects or just some refunds. So do I. But sometimes we need to shut off the lights and close the door and go do something else for a while. Me, I do a little cartooning, maybe snap some pretty pictures once in a while. Pun, he tinkers on a cheap car. He tinkers on a cheap Neon for the same reason some guys buy a cheap $50 Spyder just so they can try their hand "customizing" it with a Dremel and a drill press. If it works, great- if not, no big loss.
I will tell you this, though: Chasing him to a new board and bugging him there, too, is NOT the way to get his attention or get your project done sooner.

Shut off the lights and close the door. Yes, understand. But when I project is two or three years old. Don't you think it's time to pay up or put out. Or do you like keeping those lights off just a little too much?

Sorry for sounding like a prick (I was, get over it) but this is getting old. Not only to everyone who actually HAS money and parts there, but to people like me, who are sick and tired of hearing the same old excuses.
