Have you considered that the thread here, the previous threads on the subject, and the outcry on other forums (you call whining), have kept Punisher from taking more money for services that will not be done?
When people have been wronged enough to post as the so called "whiners" have, they are doing a service to other consumers. They are painting the "stay away from here" sign. Looks to me like it's a sign that needed painting.
