Complain about him missing deadlines, not communicating, etc. - those are all completely valid complaints and I won't stop you. But when you cross over into complaining because he spends time with his hobby makes you an ass. I don't care HOW behind someone is, how pressed for time, whatever - if they don't get out and do SOMETHING they enjoy sometimes, they'll kill themselves. So, as I've said several times now, complain about his deadlines and non-communication all you want, maybe you've got good cause, and I certainly won't argue. A man's off-work time, however, is non of your freakin' business.
